One Blended Service
In place of our usual two services, traditional and contemporary, we have created one blended service which meets in our Family Life Center. This allows us to maximize capacity and social distancing in a safe space. We look forward to the day when we can return to our sanctuary!
Masks are required inside the building
Social distancing is encouraged at all times
Temperature is taken at the door
Hand sanitizer is available
All attenders are checked in
Ushers escort people to their seats
People are seated in family units
Worship leaders are permitted to remove masks while at a microphone
Seating groups are at least 6 feet from our groups
Greeting time is waves from your seat
Offering is collected in a box instead of passing the plates
Communion is distributed by tongs in pre-packaged single serving cups. We briefly break social distancing measures as we believe communion should be served.
Congregational singing happens during the last ten minutes of the service
After the benediction, people are seated, and ushers dismiss family units
Bathrooms are reserved for one person at a time
Children are dismissed during the service to nursery care (through 2 years old) or to ROCK (Children's Church for ages 3 through third grade). Children should be masked and will practice social distancing. They are returned to parents during the final songs. There are tables and children's activities available for families who prefer to sit together.
Worship at Home
For those who are more comfortable worshipping at home, we are livestreaming our services so that everyone can participate and feel safe.
Below are some resources and links for you. We implore you in these evolving and uncertain times to stay in prayer, to stay connected, and to stay informed. And let us know how we can be serving you!
